:
We are looking for a skilled Facade Estimator with strong working knowledge of Orgadata and expertise in aluminium systems. The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates for facade projects and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed facade cost estimates using Orgadata.
Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to develop precise take-offs.
Evaluate project specifications and materials, including aluminium systems such as Alumil, Gulf Extrusions, Gutman, and Technal.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timelines.
Maintain and update cost databases, vendor pricing, and historical data.
Assist in tender preparation and bid submission.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a facade estimator or similar role.
Proficiency in Orgadata (mandatory).
In-depth knowledge of aluminium systems: Alumil, Gulf Extrusions, Gutman, Technal.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and materials.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
