1.Prepare and or coordinate the preparation of full cost estimates on conceptual, design, or general tender work.
2.Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
3.Prepare discipline estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work.
4.Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures, including accurate information on prices from suppliers through direct contact procurement department.
5.Evaluation of variation submitted by contractors and negotiation with contractors quantity surveyor on any discrepancy in quantities, items, rates and checking price escalation submitted by contractors.
6.Take off quantities for project works by using Auto CAD drawings, tabulating, analyzing and formulating the information to facilitate the preparation of measurement sheet.
7.Perform additional assignments as per supervisors direction.
8.Familiar with Guttman, Technal, Gulf Extrusion, Schoco, Alumil.....ect profiles
