About the Altrad Emirati Enrichment Program

We offer training and learning opportunities for Emirati students enrolled in higher education programs, including Associate\'s Degrees, Higher/advanced Diplomas and Bachelor\'s Degrees.

Why enrol for the Altrad Emirati Enrichment Program?

The program is designed to give the successful candidates in-depth experience and skills within their chosen field and uncover their leadership potential. With this strong foundation of extensive knowledge and experience, you will be in a prime position to pursue your chosen field with substantial skill supported by relevant certifications. The program runs for two (2) to four (4) years depending on your field of study and is a salaried position.

Each placement will be a real role, giving you genuine responsibility from day one. You will gain real leadership experience that will be invaluable to your long-term career.

You can expect to develop a strong understanding and practical experience in a range of functions and roles that may include:

• Core Values \xe2\x80\x93 Understanding the management of large scale business operations in Yard.
• Operations \xe2\x80\x93 Personnel management, operational budgeting and administration.
• Management \xe2\x80\x93 Evaluate various production methods, determine the most cost-effective plan and schedule.
• Other Functional and Technical roles within the business.

Training and Development:

Throughout the program you will receive extensive and exceptional learning and development opportunities. You will have a mentor throughout the program to monitor your development, as well as support from your Line Manager. You will have the opportunity to complete extensive relevant certifications and specific on-the-job training will also be provided throughout the program.

Requirements:

-UAE National Nationality with Kulasatul Qaid.

-Diploman holder in QFEmirates Level 5 or above.

-Proficient in English language written and verbal communication.

-A desire to progress within your chosen industry is imperative to being successful in the program.
