Airport Duty Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities
Supervise daily airport operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with airlines, ground staff, and security teams to manage flight schedules and on-time performance. Respond to operational disruptions, emergencies, or passenger concerns in real-time. Conduct terminal inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and passenger satisfaction. Liaise with air traffic control, customs, and immigration authorities as needed. Prepare incident reports, shift logs, and handovers for management review. Monitor staffing levels and reassign duties to maintain operational flow. Enforce airport rules, health regulations, and security procedures consistently. Support customer service teams in handling VIP movements, special assistance, or high-traffic scenarios.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or a related field. 4-6 years of airport operations experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge of airport protocols, regulatory standards, and emergency response procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills. Familiarity with airport management systems and ground handling coordination.
