Job duties:

Communicating with Base Maintenance Providers, MOC, Planners, affected suppliers and other involved parties.
Ensuring the availability of material for open Work Orders, especially for MEL (Minimum Equipment List) related requests
Monitoring of Loan- and Exchange events.
Participating on production meetings and representing the Supply Team.
Procurement of urgently needed aircraft spare parts incl. placing Purchase, Repair, Loan and Exchange Orders.
Ensuring purchasing practices and procedures are maintained in accordance with company and GCAA requirements.
Arranging, tracing, and tracking of ongoing shipments worldwide.
Ensuring timely follow up of open purchase orders to ensure operational requirements are being met.
Creating Service and Purchase Orders.
Sourcing materials.
Communicating directly with Maintenance Control Center regarding critical and AOG purchase orders and other parts status
Communicating directly with Base Maintenance facility regarding critical and AOG purchase orders and other parts status.
