Manage day-to-day operations of holiday home properties
Coordinate guest check-ins/check-outs, housekeeping, and maintenance
Handle guest communications and ensure high satisfaction
Manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
Track occupancy, adjust pricing strategies, and monitor revenue
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory holiday home requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in holiday home management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
Familiarity with holiday rental platforms and property management tools
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
UAE driving license is preferred
