Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced

Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician

to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for the

installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

of air conditioning systems across various sites, including

residential, commercial, and construction projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Fit-Out Work:

Installation of split units, ducted units, cassette ACs, package units, and VRF/VRV systems. Install copper piping, drainage lines, insulation, and brackets. Perform ductwork installation (if required). Coordinate with site engineers and follow drawings and layouts.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of AC systems. Diagnose and repair faults in compressors, motors, electrical controls, and refrigerant circuits. Perform gas charging, vacuuming, and leak testing. Clean filters, coils, blowers, and condensers.

General:

Ensure work is carried out according to safety and quality standards. Read and follow HVAC drawings, plans, and schedules. Maintain proper documentation of work and materials used.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration or equivalent. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance. Experience in

fit-out projects

is required. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures. Ability to read and follow technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/indoor environments.
