Job Description
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain washers, dryers, and small appliances Plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of an energy management system hands-on work Utilizes and updates blueprints, technical manuals, manufacturer's files and other record keeping Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal code requirements and report back to supervisor Installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facilities cooling systems Perform any and all duties which may be assigned Knowledge of all kind of Electrical works
Qualification
Must have the manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, ability to use hand/electric cart, ability to use power and hand tools, requires crouching and/or crawling, and ability to use a ladder Must have a valid driver's license and must be insurable as a driver Minimum of 2 years working experience in maintaining Air Conditioners, Chillers and refrigeration equipment In UAE 2 years full time Diploma/Trade Certificate in Air Conditioning

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
