Job Description
We at IIQAF are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial air conditioning systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance, inspections and tune ups. You should have a strong knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in order to identify issues and recommend solutions. You must be able to work independently and possess excellent communication skills, and work with customers in a polite and professional manner.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning air conditioners to determine the source of the problem
- Test and check electrical circuits and other components to ensure proper functioning
- Repair issues, including burned-out motors, clogged filters, and leaking pipes
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspect air conditioning systems to identify potential problem areas and potential solutions.
- Install air conditioning systems and components, such as blowers, condensers, and temperature sensors
- Follow safety protocols, including checking for gas or oil leaks, using safety gear while working, and turning off main power sources
- Keep detailed notes on service visits, including customer complaints, troubleshooting techniques, time spent, and parts used
- Maintain clean and safe work environments
- Experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or relevant role
- Understanding of electrical systems
- Knowledge of safety protocols when working with HVAC systems
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and building plans
- Physical strength and stamina to lift and carry heavy objects
- Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
- Professional certification (Plumbing/HVAC/Gas) a plus
