Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Air Condition Technician

to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems within a cement factory in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HVAC systems function efficiently, maintaining optimal temperature and air quality in control rooms, offices, and plant facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain

HVAC systems

, including split units, package units, chillers, and air handling units (AHUs). Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

of air conditioners, ducting systems, and exhaust fans. Diagnose faults in

compressors, motors, electrical controls, and refrigerant systems

. Carry out

gas charging, filter cleaning, motor rewinding, and duct repair work

when required. Troubleshoot and repair

electrical and mechanical malfunctions

in cooling systems. Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage. Ensure all works are completed safely and in compliance with

HSE standards

. Support general plant maintenance during shutdowns and coordinate with electricians and fitters when needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

ITI / Diploma

in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as an HVAC / AC Technician in

industrial or cement plant environments

. Knowledge of

refrigeration systems, control circuits, ducting, and airflow balancing

. Familiar with various refrigerants and environmental safety procedures. Prior

UAE / GCC experience

preferred.

Skills Required:

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for

HVAC and refrigeration systems

. Ability to read

electrical and mechanical diagrams

. Proficient in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment. Teamwork, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
