Job Description

This role focuses on designing and deploying machine learning models and data science solutions to solve real-world business challenges. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from complex datasets and support strategic initiatives across all operations & BU's.

• Develop and deploy predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and customer segmentation.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into data science solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment frameworks.
• Evaluate model performance and ensure continuous improvement through retraining and tuning.
• Document methodologies and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging techniques in machine learning and data science.

Drive impactful Data science & AI solutions in a high-growth businessMinimum 5 years' experience in machine learning and advanced data science.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in machine learning, data science, or applied statistics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow).
• Strong understanding of classical ML techniques, statistical modeling, and data wrangling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
