About the Role:
We are seeking an
AI Solutions Engineer
to design and build AI-driven workflows and agents that integrateOpenAI

,Microsoft Copilot
, and our custom applications. This role will bridgebusiness needs

, ensuring seamless automation and intelligent workflows across our enterprise ecosystem.Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain AI agents leveraging
OpenAI GPT models
for internal and customer-facing use cases. Integrate AI withFreshdesk
,Microsoft 365
, and custom business applications via APIs and automation frameworks. Develop automation workflows usingPower Automate
,Zapier
, or similar tools. Create scalable backend solutions usingPython
orNode.js
for AI orchestration. Implement AI-assisted features inMicrosoft Copilot
and optimizePower Platform
workflows. Ensure integrations adhere tosecurity
,compliance
, anddata privacy
standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, test solutions, and document processes.Requirements:
3+ years
of experience in software development or integrations Strong proficiency inPython
orNode.js
Hands-on experience withOpenAI APIs
or similar LLM frameworks Proven track record integrating APIs (REST, webhooks) Familiarity withFreshdesk
,Microsoft Power Platform
, andGraph API
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred:
Experience with
vector databases
andAI search
Knowledge ofKCS
