TADMAIDS is a leading TADBEER-licensed domestic workers center in Dubai, offering 2-year legal maid visa solutions and comprehensive staffing support for families and corporations. We're seeking a tech-savvy, AI-oriented systems expert to join our team and drive innovation across our operations, advertising, and client experience.

Your Mission:

To become our in-house AI Guru & Tech Systems Lead, owning the design and development of:

Digital Signage System: Develop a custom TV display system to show videos, promotions, and announcements across our service centers.

Client Queuing System: Create a smart, efficient queuing system for walk-in clients, integrated with SMS or screen display.

Staff & Worker Database: Build and manage a secure, scalable database to track recruitment, visa status, training, and placement of domestic workers.

Task & Workflow Manager: Deploy a task delegation and progress tracking system for internal team operations.

AI Marketing Videos: Generate compelling advertising videos using AI tools to promote our services across digital platforms.

Skills & Tools You Should Know:

Full-stack development (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks)

Database management (MySQL, Firebase, or MongoDB)

REST APIs and system integrations

Web-based signage solutions (e.g. OptiSigns-style systems)

AI tools for video generation (Pika, RunwayML, etc.)

Bonus: Experience with ERP systems, cloud hosting (Vercel, Render, GoDaddy), and UI/UX
