Job Purpose

Responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products and initiatives across the organization. Ensures cross-functional alignment, defines product goals, manages stakeholder expectations, and drives the successful delivery of AI solutions that create business value.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Gather and prioritize AI use cases from stakeholders, translating business needs into product requirements. Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Developers to deliver AI solutions. Act as the primary liaison between business units and the AI engineering team. Own the product backlog; define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure AI products are delivered on-time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Lead the product lifecycle from concept through deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Foster a data-driven and experimentation-focused product culture. Track AI product performance using KPIs and analytics dashboards. Identify and mitigate risks across the AI product portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

Experience: 5-7 years in product ownership or management, preferably with AI-driven products.

Key Competency Requirements

Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and concepts (e.g., model training, inference, MLOps). Experience in working with AI teams, data platforms, and software delivery pipelines. Familiarity with data governance, ethical AI, and model validation processes.

Product & Business Skills:

Proven ability to define product strategy and roadmap for technical domains. Experience in Agile delivery, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and drive alignment across teams.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving. Leadership, negotiation, and influence in cross-functional settings.
