This is a fantastic AI Software Solutions Engineer opportunity to work with a leading technology services organisation, driving AI solution design and implementation for key strategic customers.
The AI Software Solutions Engineer is an onsite working role, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with some flexibility to work remotely.
As an AI Software Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial consultative, deployed role, supporting key strategic customers in the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. The AI Software Solutions Engineer will have excellent knowledge of programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, as well as Machine Learning libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, with experience in building LLMs and agentic systems. Demonstrated hands-on experience with generative AI models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc is expected as an AI Software Solutions Engineer. Credible experience in a customer-facing, consultative software engineering role is essential as an AI Software Solutions Engineer, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work cross-functionally with Technical, Sales and Product teams.
Key Skills as AI Software Solutions Engineer:

• 3+ years' experience in software engineering, ideally focused on AI/ML development.
• Excellent programming knowledge in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience using ML libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
• Sound AI software market knowledge.
• Experience in client-side engagement and technical consultancy.
• Solution-led, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create value in complex technical environments.
