Dubai / On the Road (UAE-wide)
Salary:
AED 7,000 - 12,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: AED 18,000 - 35,000+ per month
About the Role:
Rayco AI Solutions is launching in the UAE and hiring an AI Field Sales Representative to meet clients in person, present our AI systems, and close deals. All appointments are pre-booked by our internal phone team. No cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend scheduled meetings with UAE businesses
Present AI automation solutions professionally
Assess business needs and propose tailored AI packages
Prepare quotations and close deals
Build long-term client relationships
Update CRM (HubSpot) after each meeting
Represent Rayco AI Solutions professionally at all times
Ideal Candidate:
Strong B2B field sales experience (UAE preferred)
Excellent English; Arabic is a plus
Confident presenter with professional appearance
UAE driving licence preferred
Target-driven with strong closing skills
Motivated by uncapped commission
