We are seeking a driven and results-oriented

Field Sales Representative

for our client (Forex sales team). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the foreign exchange industry, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships. This role involves direct field sales, client acquisition, and promotion of Forex trading products.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and onboard new clients for Forex trading services through direct sales efforts. Promote Forex products and services to meet and exceed sales targets. Generate leads through door-to-door visits, cold calling, field presentations, and referrals. Convert prospects into loyal customers using persuasive sales techniques. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Stay updated on market trends, currency exchange movements, and economic news that impact Forex trading. Identify client needs and tailor Forex solutions accordingly. Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis. Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, leads, and sales activity. Monitor and report on competitors' activities, pricing, and marketing strategies. Provide detailed feedback to the authority based on field insights and customer data.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Forex sales or a related financial sales role. Strong knowledge of the Forex industry and trading practices. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
