Social Media & Digital Content Creator / Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Dubai - Silicon Central Mall

Full-time (Preferred) / Part-time available

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Social Media & Digital Content Creator to join our team in Dubai.

This role is responsible for content production and digital marketing operations across multiple brands, including T.nt Dance Studio, HBH Smart Edu Hub, UTCF Event, TGE Entertainment and our upcoming digital platform & live show projects.

The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, youth culture, digital media, dance/music/entertainment and can independently produce professional content for online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and produce social media content across Instagram / TikTok / YouTube / Facebook / Google Shoot and edit short-form videos, promotional clips, interviews, event coverage & commercial videos Design visual materials for website / app / digital campaigns / posters / LED screens / advertising Manage social media calendars, campaigns and performance growth strategy Create visual assets for offline marketing including LED screens, banners, class promotions, events & competitions Support TV show filming, live shows, dance competitions and marketing activities Use AI creative tools and digital systems to improve efficiency Track analytics and performance to achieve growth KPIs
Requirements & Skills

Strong experience with video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, AE) Strong graphic design ability (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools) Experience in social media content creation & growth strategy Strong sense of aesthetics, rhythm, storytelling and youth culture trends Ability to plan, shoot and edit independently Knowledge of AI content tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, automation etc.) Understanding of website/app materials & Google / SEO is a plus Experience in dance / music / sports / entertainment content is a strong advantage Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Employment Type

Full-time preferred Part-time / freelance / project-based can be considered based on capability
Salary Range

AED 4,500 - 10,000 / month (depending on experience)

Performance Bonus + Project Bonus + TV show & event revenue share options
