Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

AI Developer

to join our team in building intelligent automation workflows and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with low-code tools, development of

LLM-based applications

, and

chatbot frameworks

, along with a solid foundation in

machine learning

and

software development

. You should be a creative problem-solver who can work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, chatbot frameworks, and low-code tools Build and fine-tune ML models for tasks such as automation, prediction, and natural language processing Develop conversational AI agents using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM providers Integrate AI solutions into existing tools, platforms, and workflows via APIs and automation Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver intelligent features Continuously test, monitor, and optimize AI workflows and data pipelines Document workflows, logic, and system behavior for internal reference and scalability

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience developing solutions using low-code platforms Hands-on experience with

LLMs

(e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), chatbot development, and ML model deployment Strong programming fundamentals and familiarity with Python or JavaScript Understanding of RESTful APIs, data integration, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with additional no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) is a plus Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a bonus
