Role Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals in

AI Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering

to join our growing AI and data teams. These roles focus on the design, development, and deployment of

advanced AI systems

, including

Digital Twin platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and data-driven intelligence solutions

.

This is a

full-time, onsite role in Iran

, involving close collaboration with researchers, engineers, and domain experts across the investment group.

Key Responsibilities

(Responsibilities may vary based on specialization)

Design, develop, and deploy

AI and machine learning models

for real-world applications Build and maintain

Digital Twin systems

representing physical, industrial, or operational processes Develop, customize, and fine-tune

Large Language Models (LLMs)

for domain-specific use cases Implement

LLM fine-tuning techniques

, including instruction tuning and parameter-efficient methods Design and manage

data pipelines

supporting AI, Digital Twin, and LLM workloads Perform

data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation

Apply AI for

prediction, optimization, anomaly detection, simulation, and decision support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Prepare

technical documentation, system designs, and research outputs

Required Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of professional experience

in

AI Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, or applied AI research

Strong proficiency in

Python

Solid understanding of

machine learning fundamentals and data-driven modeling

Hands-on experience with

Digital Twin concepts

(system modeling, simulation, or data-driven replicas) Experience in

building, fine-tuning, or customizing Large Language Models (LLMs)

Familiarity with

LLM training workflows

, including data preparation, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment Ability to work with

structured and unstructured data

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

Role-Specific Skill Preferences

AI Engineer

Machine learning and deep learning model development Experience with

transformers, generative models, and LLM architectures

Model optimization, evaluation, and deployment

Data Scientist

Statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis, and predictive modeling Use of AI and LLMs for insight generation and decision support Data visualization and communication of analytical findings

Data Engineer

Data pipeline development, ETL processes, and data architecture Supporting AI, Digital Twin, and LLM systems with reliable data infrastructure Experience with SQL and large-scale datasets

Preferred Technical Exposure

Machine learning frameworks such as

PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn

Experience with

LLM fine-tuning techniques

(LoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning) Exposure to

Digital Twin platforms, simulation tools, or system modeling

Knowledge of

APIs, model serving, or AI system integration

Familiarity with cloud or high-performance computing environments is an advantage

Language & Communication

Good command of English is mandatory

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both written and spoken English

Educational Background (Preferred)

Computer Science Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Data Science Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics Related technical disciplines
