AI Creator/Designer
Job Title: AI Creator / Digital Design Specialist
Department: Marketing / Creative
Reports To: Creative Director / Marketing Specialist

Mission:
To leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools and traditional design principles to generate innovative visual and conceptual assets, streamline creative workflows, and solve unique marketing challenges, pushing the boundaries of the brand's creative expression.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Assisted Content Creation:

• Utilize generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, ChatGPT) to create unique images, graphics, patterns, and video elements for marketing campaigns.
• Craft and refine detailed text prompts to achieve desired artistic outcomes, iterating based on results.
• Develop custom AI models or fine-tune existing ones to match the brand's specific style and product needs.

Digital Design & Integration:

• Integrate AI-generated assets into cohesive designs for social media, digital ads, website graphics, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Design layouts for menus, email newsletters, and digital presentations that incorporate AI elements.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations using AI tools and traditional software (After Effects).

Concept Development & Innovation:

• Brainstorm and prototype novel campaign concepts, brand identities, and visual stories using AI as a collaborative ideation tool.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging AI creative technology and identify applications for the business.
• Develop templates and efficient workflows to speed up the content creation process for the marketing team.

Ethical Governance & Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all AI-generated content is original, copyright-compliant, and aligns with the brand's ethical standards.
• Maintain rigorous quality control, ensuring AI outputs are polished and consistent with the brand's established visual identity.
• Act as an internal resource, educating team members on the capabilities and responsible use of AI in creative work.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A portfolio showcasing innovative work combining AI-generated art with professional design. (Traditional design skills are crucial).
• Proficiency with industry-standard generative AI tools and a deep understanding of prompt engineering.
• Strong foundational skills in graphic design, typography, and color theory, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Curiosity-driven, experimental mindset with a passion for technology and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate AI processes and concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for bias, accuracy, and brand appropriateness.
