Job Summary:
we are leveraging Artificial Intelligence to drive innovation and digital transformation. As an AI Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance business performance and decision-making. You'll act as a bridge between business strategy and technology execution -- identifying opportunities, crafting solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of AI across client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
Design and implement AI models, machine learning pipelines, and data-driven insights to support strategic goals.
Conduct AI assessments and recommend architectures, frameworks, and tools suitable for client requirements.
Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and prototypes to demonstrate business value of AI solutions.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
Stay up to date with advancements in AI, generative AI, ML frameworks, and emerging technologies.
Support change management and adoption of AI tools across client organizations.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in AI/ML consulting, data science, or related technology roles.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
Experience with data analysis, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proven experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud AI service (Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, or Google Vertex AI).
Ability to lead workshops, prepare proposals, and present AI strategies to clients.
Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and performance optimization is a plus.
