AI Business Analyst
to bridge business and technical teams for AI/ML solutions inBanking and Insurance
. You will gather requirements, define solution scope, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.Key Responsibilities:
Engage stakeholders to capture business goals and translate them into functional & non-functional requirements. Prioritize features based on business value and feasibility. Assess data readiness and collaborate with data scientists and architects on solution design. Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows using

andMiro
. Support model training, validation, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI and regulatory norms. Define KPIs, track performance, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.Must-Have Skills:
Strong
Generative AI fundamentals
. 8+ years of experience Experience inBanking & Insurance domain
. Proficiency inFigma
andMiro
for process visualization. * Arabic language proficiency (verbal & written).
