Northstar Creatives AI is the newest division of Northstar Creatives, built to revolutionize how businesses grow using AI-powered systems. We build and implement intelligent, automated marketing solutions -- from lead generation funnels and CRM integrations to content, chatbots, and full-funnel systems. We're looking for a sharp, experienced individual to help bring our vision to life.

The Role

We're looking for someone who's not only an expert in AI automation tools like

Make, Zapier, or n8n

, but also a skilled

digital marketer

who can package, promote, and sell automation solutions. This is a hybrid role for someone who can

build systems

,

develop go-to-market strategies

, and

drive performance across channels

.

What You'll Do

Build packaged automation solutions that can be sold to businesses (CRM setups, lead gen funnels, chatbot systems, etc.) Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies to promote each solution (landing pages, email campaigns, social media, etc.) Collaborate on content direction for AI-generated media, including ads, visuals, and email copy Set up and manage analytics dashboards to measure funnel performance and campaign effectiveness Optimize existing automations and marketing processes to improve ROI Contribute ideas to help position Northstar AI as a market leader in the UAE and beyond

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience with

automation tools

(Make, Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, etc.) AI Prompt Engineering Strong background in

digital marketing

, including: Email marketing automation Paid ads strategy and management in Meta and Google Funnel building and CRO Content strategy SEO & lead generation Familiarity with

CRM systems

and integration (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, etc.) A marketing mindset -- ability to package services in a way that's attractive, scalable, and results-driven Strategic thinking -- ability to work independently and identify revenue opportunities

Bonus Skills

AI generated Graphic Designer / Video Creator Copywriting and storytelling Basic web design or landing page builders (Webflow, Wix, Carrd, etc.) Experience in SaaS or B2B service packaging
