Job Description
:
- Review FEED endorsement of ITT documents
- Interaction and meetings with Client PMC Vendors and Other Third parties
- Reviews scope of work for Tenders and perform the man-hour estimation
- Short site visits to gather design data -Preparation of data sheets specification and material requisition for HVAC system such as Chiller AHU ACCU package unit ducts VAV single fan filter Exhaust fans HVAC control panel etc
- Fully Conversant with International codes like ASHRAE SMACNA NFPA etc
- Prepares Checks Design Calculations for HVAC load and Duct sizing as per code
- Prepares Checks Material Take Off MTO
- Prepares Check HVAC related drawings such as D amp ID Duct layouts Flow Diagrams etc
- Technical evaluation of Vendor offers Attend Vendor meetings
- Vendor drawing review Reply to Vendor queries follow up with Vendors etc
- Reviews and provide HVAC input to Electrical Civil and instrumentation department
- Responsible for the design manufacturing and testing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Ensures compliance with Quality Health Safety and Environmental System
- 5+years experience as Designer in AU+HU manufacturing
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Due to pandemic this position prefer who are available inside UAE
