Also, will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of soil productivity principles and keep tabs on the latest trends and technologies in agronomy. Objectives of this role
- Establish positioning, creates awareness of MKG products
- Present field experiments to demonstrate MKG products effectiveness
- Show scale of economy to use MKG products
- Analyze customer needs and return feedback to management
- Conduct customer support if required
- Assesses crop production of the farm
- Evaluates and improves seed quality
- Performs quality control for seed caliber and soil standards
- Keeps records of research, testing, and results
- Conduct farm tests for MKG products
- Prepares analysis and data presentation
- Proven experience in using agrochemicals and fertilizers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of crop pests and the best way to handle it
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree agriculture
- 5 years of experience in similar position.
