Contract Details: Full-time Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability of the farm
Manage and supervise a team of farm workers, providing guidance and training as needed
Ensure proper care and maintenance of crops, livestock, and farm equipment
Monitor and analyze crop yields, production costs, and market trends to make informed decisions
Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute farm activities, such as planting, harvesting, and irrigation
Maintain accurate records of farm operations, including inventory, expenses, and sales
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders
Stay updated on new technologies and techniques in agriculture to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a managerial role in agriculture
Extensive knowledge of crop production, livestock management, and farm operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Knowledge of local and international agricultural markets is a plus
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Salary AED 25000-30000 + family benefits
