Develop business opportunities in area through strategic customer prospecting, focusing on conquering a market that is still in its early stages of adopting digital solutions. Work in coordination with the AP team , ensuring alignment, collaboration, and focus on results. Be a commercial benchmark for Digital Excellence in your region, actively promoting the use of digital tools among cultivation teams, the digital team, and the technical area, generating adoption and engagement. Position digital solutions as key tools for the evolution of agriculture, articulating their value with clarity, strategic vision, and the ability to generate business impact. Guarantee a superior customer experience by understanding and anticipating their needs and supporting their evolution toward more connected, efficient, and sustainable agriculture. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities in the field of digital tools. Explore new strategic partnerships with distributors, consultants, and key players in the agricultural ecosystem. #

Job Requirements

Complete university training in Agricultural Engineering.




Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Technical Development, with some experience in digital platforms being highly valued.




Knowledge of digital tools for agriculture and use of platforms




Intermediate level of English language
