Agricultural Engineer (10 Years of Experience)
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and improvement of advanced farming equipment and irrigation systems. Manage large-scale agricultural projects, including farm infrastructure, soil management, and water conservation. Supervise teams, train junior engineers, and provide technical guidance to farmers and agribusinesses. Implement sustainable and eco-friendly farming solutions to boost productivity and reduce environmental impact. Oversee testing, maintenance, and optimization of agricultural machinery and systems. Conduct research and apply innovative technologies such as automation, GPS, and precision farming tools.
