Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Agricultural Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will contribute to sustainable and innovative agricultural solutions, with the ability to work in diverse and evolving project environments. Experience in the UAE--particularly in Abu Dhabi--is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and oversee agricultural systems including irrigation, land development, and greenhouse structures.

Support the implementation of sustainable and precision farming techniques.

Conduct technical assessments related to soil, water, and crop productivity.

Collaborate with engineering and agricultural teams to deliver efficient project outcomes.

Ensure compliance with local agricultural regulations and environmental standards.

Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and farm operators as needed.

Adapt to changing project needs and contribute actively to all phases of agricultural development projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Agricultural Engineering, with a background or knowledge in project management.

Excellent technical skills, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Ability to work collaboratively within diverse project teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Preferably a fresh graduate with strong skills, enthusiasm for learning, and a high level of commitment to professional growth

Immediately Joiner Preferred.

UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

Arabic nationality.

Experience in agricultural projects within Abu Dhabi or the UAE.

Familiarity with UAE agricultural regulations and practices.

Interest in sustainable agriculture and desert farming technologies
