The candidates will have the following responsibilities: Preparing weekly and monthly planning schedule for the site. Planning managing and supervising Research activities Dealing with Supervisors, Officials, foremen, and workers on day today Monitoring QA/QC procedures, site progress, and arranging the site meetings. Discussing variation and raising technical queries. Preparing and submitting monthly performance records of the site staff to the management. Knowledge in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data Writing research reports and making presentations on findings. Ability to work as a part of a team, good time management, and communication skills. Requirements The ideal candidate must have the following: Relevant Agricultural Related Degree/Research Degree or Higher Experienced in Research Development, with in-depth experience including Planning, Projecting, implementing, maintaining, and marketing agribusiness Minimum 4 Years of hands-on experience in Research and Proposal Preparations Creativity and technical knowledge is essential Strong communication skills ' visual, verbal and written Strong knowledge of Agriculture sector Have proficient IT capability To know other vacancies we have, please feel free to visit our website -
