General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and requirements to ensure that the Contractors\' work is in compliance with the agreed specifications.
• Review and recommend approval of design drawings, method statements and materials submittal related to all Airfield lighting fixtures such as but not limited to the Runway Approach Lighting, Threshold and End Lighting, Runway/ Taxiway Center-line Lighting, Runway/ Taxiway Edge Lighting, Precision Approach Path Indicator, Taxiway lighting, Guidance Signs, Rapid Exit Taxiway Indicators, Airfield Lighting Pattern control and monitoring.
• Inspect Contractors\' activities related to the above scope and prepare periodic reports.
• Manage project team, including subcontractor and ensure the project is executed per agreed standards and regulations.
• Ensure adequate design review and construction of airport systems integration and IT system related to Airfield Ground Lighting.
• Keep yourself updated with the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International, and ensure continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill safeguarding Hill and any assigned project.
• Act in diligence towards the assigned project presented in the project lead/ director, providing necessary information and communication to support correct decision making and good progress of works.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering (or similar) from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 10 years experience coupled with at least 5 years\' experience on works on AGL projects and respective Electrical works.
