Education: Bachelor\'s Degree

Job Responsibilities.

Perform quality assurance to streamline all the payment processing capabilities of the Bank into one central hub. High level objectives of the Payment Engine includes:

Lower Bank\'s total cost for payment processing and regulatory compliance.
Improve quality of service in payment landscape across the bank.
Enable greater payment operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of various Cash Management products including Payments, Payroll, Cheques, Virtual Accounts, SWIFT is a MUST.
Fast Payments and Proxy Payments across different markets AE (IPI & IPP), IN, SG, MY, TH, JO, UK, GH, ZA etc would be an added advantage.
Responsible for the production of test scenarios, scripts and other UAT documentation and the identification and extraction of custom data for use in testing
Proficiency with related Project tools including but not limited to JIRA, MS Excel, MPP, MS Visio, HP-QC etc.
Experience with Global Transaction Banking products and channels is a MUST.
