Job Summary We are in search of a dynamic Agile Project Manager to oversee and deliver key projects within our digital transformation initiatives on a freelance basis. The chosen candidate will ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to our high standards of quality. This role is crucial for facilitating effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement and agile practices. Key Responsibilities
Contract length: 6 months Application Question(s):
- Lead and coordinate agile project teams to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage project scope, timelines, quality, and deliverables to align with business objectives.
- Utilize agile metrics and tools to monitor project performance, addressing issues promptly.
- Foster an agile culture within the team and across the organization, promoting continuous improvement.
- Ensure clear communication among clients, team members, and stakeholders, aligning expectations.
- Address risks and issues proactively, with effective strategies to mitigate impact on project timelines and costs.
- Guarantee that project outputs meet quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile Project Management, preferably in digital or software development settings.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and inspiring a team.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Prior involvement in digital transformation projects is advantageous.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields, preferred.
- Agile or Scrum certification, highly beneficial.
