About The Role

The Restaurant Reservations Agent ensures that all assigned duties are carried out daily, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Restaurant booking processes via phone or email must be aligned in accordance with the policies and procedures set by One and Only One Za\'abeel.

About You

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years\' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or call center. Must have good knowledge of computer operation (including software such as excel, word, PMS). You should have good communication skills (verbal and written), and attention to detail, and should be skilled to perform the job of a sales agent. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Spanish, German or Mandarin would be advantageous.
