About Us:

With an expansive portfolio of luxury and commercial properties, we are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team and grow with us.

You will manage the end-to-end property buying, selling, and leasing process while building long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, list, and market properties across Dubai's real estate market.

Provide personalized consultations to clients and assist in finding properties that match their requirements.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth transactions.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's property market trends and regulations.

Work collaboratively with a high-performing team of real estate professionals.

Compensation Packages:

Option 1:

AED 4,000 base salary per month.

Competitive commission structure.

Option 2:

No base salary.

Higher commission rates for maximum earning potential.

Qualifications:

Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required; freshers with the right attitude are welcome.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Knowledge of Dubai's property market or willingness to learn quickly.

Valid UAE driver's license and access to a car are preferred but not mandatory.
