Help clients prepare and submit offers on properties and negotiate on their behalf.
For Sellers

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to determine appropriate pricing and advise clients on property value.

Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns, list properties on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), stage homes, and host open houses to attract buyers.

Negotiation:

Negotiate offers, sales terms, and purchase agreements to achieve favorable terms for the seller.

Transaction Management:

Guide sellers through the entire selling process, including coordinating appraisals and inspections.
General Responsibilities

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on local and national real estate laws, market trends, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.

Networking:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals, such as lenders and attorneys.

Documentation:
