Readwhere Digital is looking for an agency and brand relationship manager in UAE to execute the ad sales strategy on digital brand solutions to achieve and surpass organizational goals.

As a lead relationship manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth via business acquisition and retention of solutions built for both advertisers and agencies. You will be responsible for establishing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and top-ranked digital brands on high-impact advertising solutions.

You will be a crucial member of Readwhere Digital\xe2\x80\x99s business growth team involved in prospecting, selling, and closing long-term relationships. The best candidates should understand the digital advertising ecosystem, web, and applications on various platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Meet, acquire, and manage large brands and agency portfolios.
  • Pitch for new business briefs to brands and agencies.
  • Manage and maintain a campaign pipeline for the business.
  • Achieve ad sales targets.
What We Are Looking For
  • A fantastic track record of prospecting and delivering business success.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in online media Ad sales.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies.
  • Candidates with a strong hang of spoken and written Arabic language.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge & familiarity with internet advertising models, ad optimization, audience trends, Google analytics, and data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment; professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
  • Ability to learn, take charge, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Preferred relevant experience in ad sales.

Preferred Arabic language speaker (Lebanon National).
