What You\'ll Do:
As an Agency Sales Manager on the Customer Solutions team you will be joining a fast-paced environment reporting into Managing Director MEA. You will be in charge of mainly securing agency business for Criteo Marketing Solutions including commerce and retail media products. Whilst focusing on driving revenue from an agency portfolio you must be highly effective in navigating all facets of the sales process; from prospecting, to understanding media buying cycles, navigating the client/agency stakeholder hierarchy, and through to closing the business. We are looking for someone who is experienced in building up deep relationships with agency business heads, e-commerce and performance units by being strategic, responsive, creative, consultative and having the right network in place. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upselling post sale communications with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will sell the Criteo commerce and retail media proposition to leading tier-1 agencies across MENA.
- Continuously strategize, prospect and pitch new clients, looking to drive the sale of new campaigns and commerce solutions.
- Manage agency relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales.
- Create long- term agency relationships which ultimately leads to sustainable, repeating business.
- Partner with internal teams to identify, present and close opportunities with new clients.
- Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
- Understand and articulate key KPIs for full funnel campaigns (e.g. ROAS, ...) and use that to fuel new business with existing agencies.
