Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Service Center Operations Management



Oversee the complete operations of the service center for consumer electronics including mobile phones, electric scooters, vacuum cleaners, TV's and related products. Ensure smooth functioning across all service touchpoints in alignment with brand standards.

2. Team Leadership & Productivity



Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure daily operational efficiency. Monitor service workflow to meet Turnaround Time (TAT) targets and ensure adherence to defined processes and quality standards.

3. Customer Service & Complaint Handling



Manage all customer interactions including phone calls, emails, and in-person escalations. Provide effective resolutions to complaints while prioritizing customer satisfaction and maintaining the brand's positive reputation.

4. Third-Party Service Partner Coordination



Liaise with external service partners to ensure compliance with internal and brand-specific processes. Review and manage monthly performance reports and service claims from third-party partners.

5. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain comprehensive records for job cards, customer information, spare parts, and payments. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to brand principals, including labor claims and warranty spare part usage.

6. Inventory & Spare Parts Management



Oversee inventory for Xiaomi and Segway spare parts, ensuring accurate tracking of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty consumption. Consolidate and report inventory usage on a monthly basis.

7. Spare Parts Ordering & Fulfillment



Manage monthly bulk spare part orders from clients, including forecasting, creating purchase orders, and overseeing the delivery process. Ensure accurate sales invoicing and end-to-end coordination from order placement to fulfillment.

8. Systems & Tools Proficiency



Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for inventory control, reporting, and operational management.

9. Business Communication & Client Relations



Maintain strong communication with both customers and B2B clients. Foster and sustain long-term professional relationships to support business continuity and growth.

10. Contract & Agreement Management



Handle Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) with third-party service partners and principal brands such as Xiaomi and Segway. Ensure all agreements are up to date and aligned with business objectives.

11. TDRA Application Processing



Manage the submission process for TDRA (Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority) approvals for electronic products. Ensure all technical documents and regulatory requirements are compiled and submitted accurately and on time.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
