Aftersales Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for an individual to support our growing aftersales business. Supporting market leading brands including John Deere, Tru-Turf, Etesia, Efco, Maruyama, Campey Turfcare Systems, Fieldking, Wiedenmann, Trimax Mowing Systems & Dennis/SISIS. The successful candidate should be a forward-thinking individual preferably with knowledge of modern dealership systems and service department operational proficiencies. Good IT skills are essential so you can use all of the tools we have available. The successful candidate would also benefit from knowing the local area. We offer a very competitive salary for the successful applicant with performance based bonus and medical insurance.
Responsibilities
Manage daily work order input ensuring accurate allocation of labour resource and parts.
Proactively manage the open work orders to ensure timely billing of completed jobs to both internal and external customer base.
General administrative duties and accurate record keeping within the Service Department.
Submits service warranty and product improvement program claims within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit.
Schedules and assigns jobs and work areas to employees in the service department according to their skills and knowledge.
Dispatch and schedule technicians - when required.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with all customers.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years experience in service department operations.
Ability to use standard computer applications, internet functions & aftersales tools.
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyse and interpret internal reports.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends, if required.
