Ensure timely and high-quality repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles.
Monitor service KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve operations.
Handle warranty claims, customer complaints, and technical support efficiently.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
Train and guide service advisors and technicians to enhance skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with
safety, quality, and UAE regulatory standards

Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of after-sales experience
in
commercial vehicles
(trucks, buses, or heavy vehicles).
Proven experience supervising
service advisors, technicians, and workshop teams
.
Knowledge of
vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes
.
Familiarity with
warranty handling, spare parts, and fleet management
.
Strong communication, customer service, and team management skills.
UAE experience preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
