After Sales Supervisor – Commercial Vehicles

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage after-sales service operations, including
workshop, service, and spare parts teams
. Ensure timely and high-quality repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles. Monitor service KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve operations. Handle warranty claims, customer complaints, and technical support efficiently. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth operations. Train and guide service advisors and technicians to enhance skills and performance. Ensure compliance withsafety, quality, and UAE regulatory standards
.Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of after-sales experience
incommercial vehicles
(trucks, buses, or heavy vehicles). Proven experience supervisingservice advisors, technicians, and workshop teams
. Knowledge ofvehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes
. Familiarity withwarranty handling, spare parts, and fleet management
. Strong communication, customer service, and team management skills. UAE experience preferred. Valid UAE driving license is an advantageJob Type: Full-time
