The Role
Job Summary: As an After Sales Manager at a property selling company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional post-sale support and service to property buyers. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing their concerns, and assisting them throughout the post-sales process. Your goal is to enhance the overall customer experience, promote referrals, and contribute to the company\'s growth. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Review Monitoring: Continuously monitor online review platforms, social media channels, and other online sources to track customer reviews and feedback related to our products, services, and brand. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reputation Analysis: Utilize reputation management software and analytics tools to assess the sentiment, trends, and key insights from customer reviews and ratings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Feedback Aggregation: Collect and consolidate customer feedback from various sources, identifying recurring issues, and sharing valuable insights with relevant teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performance Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on review trends, key metrics, and the impact of reputation management efforts to senior management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competitor Analysis: Monitor the online reputation of competitors and industry trends, providing insights to inform our reputation management strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review Generation: Implement strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and ratings on relevant platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Relationship Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain positive relationships with property buyers to ensure satisfaction and trust in the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers after the sale, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Post-Sale Support: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist buyers with the completion of paperwork, contracts, and any necessary documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate property handover processes, including key transfers and inspections, ensuring a smooth transition for the buyers. Problem Resolution: \xe2\x80\xa2 Address and resolve any post-sale issues or complaints effectively and in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with internal departments to find solutions to customer concerns, such as maintenance or legal issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-Up and Feedback: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct post-sale follow-up calls or surveys to gather feedback from buyers and identify areas for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use feedback to enhance the company\'s after-sales processes and service quality. Customer Education: \xe2\x80\xa2 Educate buyers about property-related services, warranties, and maintenance procedures, ensuring they are well-informed about their investment. Referral and Upselling: \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or properties to existing clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Encourage satisfied customers to refer friends and family to the company. Record Keeping: \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Collaboration: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to the after-sales phase. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support and training to junior team members, if applicable. Compliance and Legal Matters: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all transactions and interactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
