We are looking for a
passionate, confident, and well-organized individual
to join ourAfter Sales / Operations / Case Processing Team
. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about client service, capable of handling documentation, and able to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:
Handle after-sales client follow-ups and support Manage case files, documentation, and process tracking Coordinate with internal teams and external partners Provide timely and clear updates to clients regarding case status Ensure accuracy and on-time completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
Passionate and proactive attitude Good communication skills (verbal & written) Fluency in
Hindi and Arabic
(mandatory) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, documentation) Experience in after sales, operations, or case processing is an added advantageWhat We Offer:
