Job Description

The After Sales Support -team lead manages the juniors & seniors after-sales support team that are dedicated for ADNIC portfolio . He will be responsible for all tasks, staff, and Service Level Agreements related to the mentioned team. He will report to the Assistant Manager and will coordinate with him/her any challenge faced in daily operations.
What you do

• Plan the activity of the team related to policy creation functions and allocates tasks to his team members.

• Coordinate with his team members the activities to be performed and makes sure they comply with required contractual terms and regulations.

• Motivates his team by providing clear targets and directives.

• Supports his team by providing technical knowledge and expertise.

• Controls productivity of his team, and makes sure performance is of high efficiency.

• Monitors SLAs on daily basis, and makes sure targets are met.

• Escalates to the After Sales Assistant Manager in case targets are at risk.

• Evaluates team performance, SLAs, and quality of work regularly and provides ideas for improvement and staff training.

• Keeps accurate records on the various activities for internal and external review.

What you bring

• Bachelors Degree, Medical Background is a plus.

• Knowledge in Project Coordination

• 2+ years relevant experience in a TPA, Insurance company, Hospitals or Medical Centers.

• Physically fit to carry out duties.

• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.

• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
