AFR Export Specialist

in

Cairo, Egypt.

In this AFR Export Specialist position

Engage with Customers under direct/close supervision for shipment information and incident/complaint management Check that correct costs and revenues are captured against customer's profile and inform about cost/revenue issues Perform administrative shipment level activities under direct/close supervision including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and all related local and international transport Manage shipments under guidance in line with the customer service commitment Identify, gather and inform about exceptions/operational irregularities Understand, follow and support to improve shipment data quality Follow necessary regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations for shipments Route and/or assign shipments under supervision to relevant consol as guided, ensuring it meets our customers service commitment and maximized our profits. Prepare invoices, and necessary back-up documentation ensuring customer invoice timeliness and accuracy Use available tools to monitor and highlight issues with performance
