Role
To develop and implement strategies, policies and processes to improve operations
and service delivery to meet existing and future corporate objectives.
Performance Objectives:
Build a pipeline for prospective new business. Identify key expertise to support on new business opportunities and oversee client/ market responses and deliverables. Dramatically increase reach new prospect clients with providing WTW Affinity value propositions, solutions, and technology. Assist the head of Affinity to provide new innovative Affinity products to the market across different industries.

professional qualifications in a relevant discipline; considerable experience of managing organization change. 10 years of prior insurance/brokerage industry-related business development experience Strong Interpersonal Skills
