Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Affiliate Service Specialist

with a strong background in

affiliate program management

and hands-on experience using the

JACO app

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in onboarding, supporting, and managing affiliates and creators, helping to drive performance through live campaigns and digital outreach.

This is a remote role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about affiliate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow affiliate partnerships, from onboarding to performance tracking. Work directly with

JACO app

for affiliate activities and live content campaigns. Coordinate with creators and influencers to launch and optimize affiliate promotions. Monitor affiliate performance metrics (clicks, conversions, commissions, etc.). Provide timely support and guidance to affiliates via email, chat, or live sessions. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, and tech) to enhance campaign success. Ensure clear communication with partners and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements:

Must be highly fluent in English

(spoken and written). Proven experience as an

Affiliate Manager or in affiliate service roles

. Direct experience using the

JACO app

is

required

. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Tech-savvy and familiar with affiliate tracking systems and tools.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with influencers or livestream campaigns. Knowledge of affiliate KPIs and digital marketing terms (CPA, ROI, CTR). Ability to create training material or onboarding guides for affiliates.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
