Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented

Affiliate Marketing Specialist

with a strong background in affiliate marketing and a solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals. This role will be responsible for managing our affiliate network, analyzing tracking data, supporting client integrations, and executing a variety of digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Network Management:

Oversee and manage affiliate campaigns through RedTrack software. Create and distribute custom affiliate links. Manage link shortening using platforms like Bitly. Monitor affiliate performance and track KPIs.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Extract performance data from tracking software. Compile and analyze metrics to produce comprehensive monthly sales reports.

Client Support & Technical Implementation:

Act as the main point of contact for affiliate clients regarding tracking and campaign support. Assist with the implementation of tracking pixels. Generate tailored tracking instructions based on clients' e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, custom solutions, etc.).

Email Marketing:

Plan, build, and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns to support affiliate and brand efforts.

Digital Marketing:

Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and on-page optimization. Manage and optimize Google Search campaigns and other digital advertising efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in

affiliate marketing

and affiliate tracking tools (preferably RedTrack or similar). Familiarity with common e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop). Basic knowledge of

HTML, JavaScript, or similar coding languages

for tracking implementation support. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailjet). Proficiency in SEO tools and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
