Title:AFCAP V UAE: Sr. HR Generalist

This position is full time, based in the UAE, and will require the employee to travel to all three AFCAP V project locations, to include Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Responsible for the new hire deployment activities, development, implementation and administration of human resources, policies, processes, and procedures; designed to attract, retain and reward employees in alignment with the overall business strategy. Conduct and assist with Employee Relation Investigations and provide appropriate recommendations for resolution. Investigating and documenting allegations of discrimination, harassment, and other violations of Company policy; drafting and cataloging disciplinary documents. Providing guidance and counsel to management regarding issues pertaining to unlawful actions, FMLA, EEOC, ADA and other applicable employment laws (including local country laws) as well as issues pertaining to Company policy and procedures; and developing strong relationships with internal customers. Partner with contractor, program employees, and KBR Corporate on all HR related topics in a confidential manner. Partner with program employees and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations. Provide ongoing Supervisor Training (Progressive Discipline, Leave Management, Conflict Management, etc.) Ensure KBR Compliance Training is completed in a timely manner. Coordinate in-processing/out-processing of KBR employees Assist with in-processing of KBR new hires for Internal and Domestic programs. Responsible for weekly HR reports (HR program status, Staffing Level, ER Status) providing critical analysis to identify concerns. Complete and submit PTF's (Personnel Transaction Forms) for approval and processing. Complete required transaction paperwork to prime contractor for all personnel transactions Partner with appropriate Department to ensure leaves are being tracked properly. Assist with payroll inquiries where needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent time management/prioritization, and a strong customer service focus. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience. Strong employee relations background International and AFCAP HR experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License. Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance or must be able to acquire a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Workday and Deltek. Experience overseas in a DoD environment Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in contingency environments as well as knowledge & experience working with government contracts.

Travel Requirements: Will be required to travel internationally to all three locations (UAE, Kuwait, & Saudi Arabia).
